First lets get the important things out of the way. This is a NO RESERVE auction! This means PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BID unless you intend to buy. The car WILL be sold to the high bid so lets try to make this as fair as possible. I am available to answer all questions, all you need to do is ask. Car is available for inspection if you are local to tampa. So please do not wait until the last hour to ask your questions. If you have a real interest, place your bid. Now on to the car...

Up for auction is a 1987 Buick Turbo T. For those that know what these cars are, there is no need to explain, for those that dont....well it is a grand national in a different color with a different interior. This particular car is dark red metalic with a burgundy interior. It was also a special order car. It was ordered with no power options. It does have A/C and it blows ice cold. Never converted and still on R12. It also has T Tops that to my surprise do not rattle. They are in great condition and come with original storage bags. I have the original window stickerso can provide detailed info on how this car was built. As stated in the title...38K original miles and it shows. Original GM floor mats are still in the car, and the interior is beautiful. Seats show no wear. Dash is perfect and everything works. The only flaws inside the carare the headliner andsun visors.The fabric on themis sagging. Everything else is in perfect condition. No wear, and no sun fade on the materials. Also no cracks of any kind on the dash.

Mechanically the car is 100% and needs nothing.And when I say that, I mean it! It runs, drives and does everything as new. Starts with no issues, idles perfetly smooth and drives just as good.There are no noises, no smoke and nothing out of the ordinary. Rear main drips a little but I have never seen a turbo buick that did not do this. Oil has always been changed with ZDDPlus additive. No stalling, no surging, no cuttingout....power comes on very strong all the way to redline with no issues. Transmission is one of the best I have had in a turbo buick.Those that know these cars know they are cursed with 2-3 flares and other issues even with low miles. Not an issue with this car. All gearsare positive, tight, and no flare what so ever. No matter if you are atfull throttle or part throttle. Transmission feels great anddoes not leak. The car is very close to factory stock, but does have a few small customizations. I will list them below. They make the car much better to drive.And I think you would be surprisedhow quick it is at factory boost downpipe

- Full 2.5"exhaust withtest pipe (no cat) Dynomax mufflers

- Hotwired fuel pump

- Rear seat brace

- Front cross brace

- Moog 5658 front Springs, 5413 rear springs

- KYB shockson all 4 corners

- New front brakes, calipers included.

The braces make a huge improvement in the ride, and the new springs, shocks reallygive this car a great ride. It not only handles very well, it feelsfantastic. As mentioned earlier,being lighter has its advantages. This car is fast. I have owned a few turbo buicks, and forbeing very close to stock...it moves.

Now to the exterior....Paint is dark red metallic, and yes the car has been painted. The paint is however gorgeous. Not acheap job. Was painted with PPG base/clear and blocked until smooth. Really a very nice paint job. you will notice that it now has a GN spoiler...that was added when the car was painted. The wheels are original and are PERFECT. When was the last timeyou sawturbo T wheels with no flawsat all??These are beautiful. No rash, no pits, not a single defect. Same goes for the original center caps.The rear wheels are BFG radials(245-60-15) that are almost new. Fronts are General (235-60-15) andhave a bit more wear.

This is a turn-key and drive cross country type of car. With cold air to boot. Everything is as it should be with no surprises. No warning lights in the dash, no issues with the power master...nothing!!!This car was undercoated at the factory, so you willfind no rust. All lights and indicators work, radio sounds great, seats are not worn and feel excellent. I can go on and on. I am not a dealer, this is my personal car. It is being sold because I picked up another and need the room. I am not new to turbo buicks and can tell you that this one is one of the best I have had. Forgot a few things...

Car also has dual cooling fans. Original fan will come with the car. The original coil springs are also included with the sale. Spare in the trunk is original and has never been out of the car.

Car has an installed battery tender for long term storrage. Plug it in over the winter and it will keep the battery charged at all times.

Few folks have asked if it has positraction. Yes, you will notice the G80 rpo code on the trunk lable. It is posted on the picture site at the link above.
