Terms & ConditionsDeposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. We accept cash in person onlyor you may use personal check or Paypal. We also accept credit/debit cards over the phone.
Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 5 days to pay. We accept certified checks drawn on US Banks in US funds. We also accept financing checks from your local bank or credit union, wire transfers, and weare also happy to arrange financing for you.
Warranty:Vehicles covered by manufacturers warranty and our own warranty of 30 days/1000 miles whichever comes first. All repairs must be done in our shop and it is done on a 75% - 25% basis unless arranged in advance with our General Manager.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with yourvehicle upon delivery, please notify us immediately of what is objectionable or sale will be deemed final. Again if it is a problem that can be repaired all repairs must becompleted in our shop.
Financing:We would be very happy to arrange financing for you with rates as low as 3.9% with approved credit. We offer both prime and sub-prime lending.

Fee and Tax Information:
If you live outside the state of West Virginia, you can pay the tax on your purchase or wecan do so for you. We charge a $175 Document Fee and $31.50 for license. There may also be a charge for your title depending on your state. In-state licenses can be transferred but all others will receive a 60-Day Temporary Tag.
