1972 mercury cougar xr7 convertibler for sale, 351 cleveland engine with a little over 15,000 since the engine has been rebuild

Replaced the distributor, new indy 500 tires with uti technology

Convertible top was replaced in 2000 but theres rips in it currently

The car has rust issues as you can definitly see by the pictures but the rust is only in the back of the car behind the top and around the trunk area were the weatherstripping goes, i planned to cut out all the bad metal and weld in new sheet metal , the body is solid other then the areas around the trunk with holes that need to be fixed the right way

Car still runs great, start the car every weekend just to make sure its still in good condition which it is

I have the middle grill but it was taken out prior to this picture because its broken
